The Vis 180 Pro defines premium rear lighting, providing cyclists unmatched protective visibility with a distinct 180 degrees of dedicated lighting. Powerful red LEDs coincide with hi-intensity amber side lighting giving commuters peace of mind to focus on the road ahead. Simple and secure seat-post mounting allow tool-free removal and installation between various bicycles. Micro-USB charging gives users a straightforward solution to charge almost anywhere. The Vis 180 Pro sets itself apart as the premier taillight cyclists can rely on to stay visible on any road, at anytime of the day.
Your light is in travel lock out mode. Light & Motion incorporates this feature into all of our lights for storage and travel because there is nothing more frustrating than to pull your "charged" light out of the drawer or bag only to find it discharged.
To unlock, press and hold the power button & the mode button simultaneously for about 4 seconds. The indicator light will blink green 3 times.
To lock, when the light is on, press and hold the power button (clear) & the mode button (black) simultaneously for about 4 seconds. The indicator light will blink red 3 times. Now it is safe to store your light.
Paceline mode activates only the amber side marker lights. It is best used when riding with groups.
contentWe've owned L&M products for multiple years and have a combination of helmet lights, enduro bike lights and rear lights. When riding in groups we "outshine" all of our friends and the difference is noticeable. Excellent products and great customer service if any warranty issues arise. Recently upgraded to the VIS 180 Pro and haven't had a chance to use the light yet but a noticeable improvement in features and build quality. Will continue to outfit our bikes with L&M products.
Bought 2 of these lights. One was 9 years ago and the other was 6 years ago. Both work great. The paint on the top wore off but that is just cosmetic and came from my rear saddle bag over 9k miles. Love how it flags out the sides as well. I almost didn't but just because I felt it was a little on the pricey side but I had a gift card so I went for it. More $$ rarely get you a better product but this has been so worth it. I almost never use the different modes I always just run on high and get 9 hours. That has made it wonderful for when I forgot to throw it on the charger and I have never come back with it low mode. If they both stopped working today I would buy it again.
I've had two iterations of this light -- one of the originals from almost 10 years ago, and now the updated version after my bike and lights were stolen from my apartment. I'm impressed! The new pulse flashing pattern followed by a slow wave blink is eye-catching and enhances visibility. This and the overall build quality add to the value of the light, which is only further enhanced by the more competitive price than when I bought my original Vis-180. While I can see where others are reporting issues, these concerns have never born out in my regular use (daily commute of 15 miles and weekend rides) on the original or updated light. Highly recommend and only the most positive experience when working with customer service to replace a battery for my Seca Enduro.
I have been using this for a couple years now, and haven’t had the issues that other reviewers had. It is bright, lasts a long time, and although I bought the aero attachment, I stopped using it because the standard one works fine. Now that I have written that I haven’t had issues I am sure to rip off the on-off button on the next ride.
the light has a major design flaw as another writer stated. "The power button is a rubber piece that's similar to the removable charging port cover, when the power button rubber piece is removed (accidentally or otherwise) it can be removed accidently quite easily too! It is useless then. you can't turn it on, even with a paper clip or nail or some other pointy device. a $69 waste of $!
