Marcelo Johan Ogata aka bugDreamer is an award-winning filmmaker based on Vancouver Island, Canada. Nature photography has inspired him to travel the globe for the past 17 years and for the last decade most of his journey has been underwater.

Documenting the Underwater World has grown from passion to duty. Using his images to support conservation and awareness is his primary goal these days as he continues to explore.

Marcelo’s work has been featured on BBC Earth, seen on Netflix and now he is currently a crew member aboard on Sealegacy1.
