After beginning his career in New York City as a fashion, editorial, and advertising photographer, Bruce relocated to Hollywood where he had immediate success as a director and cameraman. Beginning as a live action director for the pioneering visual and digital effects powerhouse, Robert Able & Associates, Bruce quickly moved up to become the company’s Creative Director.

As a digital mixed-media artist, Bruce has been the recipient of the Kodak Professional Innovators Award and Corel has awarded him with the rank of Painter® Master. Bruce's photographic explorations of the New West were rewarded with an Artist in Residence exhibition during the Ansel Adams Retrospective at The Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art. In Ballistic Publishing's book, 'Painter: World's Best Painter Art', Bruce's neo-classical ballet imagery earned the Gold for Best Portrait.
