Retail Return Policy
We want all our customers to be satisfied! If you find you wish to return something, visit our support page and contact Customer Service prior to sending anything back. For returns, items must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange, credit, or a refund. Please note that we cannot process returns or refunds for items purchased through other sellers (i.e., Amazon, other retailers).
Obtain a Return Authorization
All returns must contain a Return Authorization (RA) number. To receive an RA, please Contact Us with your reason for the return and proof of purchase or order number.
Be sure to display the RA number on the outside of the package for our Receiving Department to process your return in a timely manner. Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
