Seca Comp 2000 has distinguished itself as an unrivaled cross-over light, with a perfect combination of high-power in a compact, battery integrated design. By utilizing two battery cells, Seca Comp 2000 is one of the few cycling lights on the market able to achieve powerful output without quickly fading. Custom-engineered optics do not waste light and is specifically engineered to provide cyclists a wide beam ideal for handlebar illumination. A penetrating LED array gives a powerful spot beam in conjunction with a diffused flood beam ideal for both road and trail use to provide exceptional range of vision for serious rides. Amber sidelights and a daytime pulse mode ensure road visibility but a secondary button allows the side lighting to be turned off when on the trail.

  • 2000 Lumen Output certified to the FL-1 Standard with high powered CREE LED array
  • Custom engineered reflector/optics provide wide reaching beam pattern close up with a powerful penetrating spot beam further out
  • Advanced electronics regulates power to keep lumen output from rapidly fading to ensure you have powerful illumination during the entire ride
  • One-touch 'Race Mode' enables riders to conveniently toggle between high and medium output to focus on the trail ahead
  • Accurate battery status indication illuminates the power button with three different colors to clearly display remaining runtime with 4 levels
  • Innovative amber side lighting increases overall visibility on the road and can be turned off for trail riding
  • Mount to a handlebar with a simple but thoughtfully designed strap that cinches light to bar to prevent movement in bumpy terrain
  • Waterproof design provides all-weather reliability and long-term assurance Seca Comp 2000 will hold up to all riding conditions
  • Micro USB fast charge technology will fully charge the battery in 4 hours

Why won't my light turn on?  The power button just blinks red.

Your light is in travel lock out mode.  Light & Motion incorporates this feature into all of our lights for storage and travel because there is nothing more frustrating than to pull your "charged" light out of the drawer or bag only to find it discharged.

To unlock, press and hold the power button & the mode button simultaneously for about 4 seconds. The indicator light will blink green 3 times.

To lock, when the light is on, press and hold the power button (clear) & the mode button (black) simultaneously for about 4 seconds. The indicator light will blink red 3 times.  Now it is safe to store your light.

Great light

I've used this light on road, gravel, and mountain rides. It's a bit bigger so for basic road rides I don't use it that much. However, for gravel and mountain bike rides this is an excellent option. I've had no problems with the light and it's great for rides that start early in the AM before the sun rises.

I would recommend a minor improvement to the GoPro mount accessory. It's a little gimmicky and doesn't interface well with my bikes if there are cables from brakes nearby.

Overally great product.

Quase perfeito!

THE LIGHT IS PERFECT! CLEAR, LARGE AREA OF CLARITY, MUCH STRONGER THAN ALL THE BEAMS OF MY TRAILER PARTNERS, but I always come back without light because the duration is small, and my partners all come back with light on! Another big problem is the support that proves to be very practical, but on slightly more rugged terrain, the headlight lowers until it points to the floor ... at least installed on my ENVE handlebars. (something that on less hilly terrain or on the road, there will be no problem). I regretted buying this model and not the SECA ENDURO for my use. I believe that because the battery is separate and the weight is better distributed, the headlamp stays in place more easily and gives you the option of having a backup battery ... this added to high quality in brightness would be more than perfect! Too bad that this model to arrive in Brazil, where I live, due to taxes would cost me around US $ 800.00, which for me is not viable!

Even after many years, this light is amazingly bright every time.
I love it.

Light for miles

Like many of you I am riding the mountain trails of Utah more and more in the dark of winter. With winter comes cold temperatures and lights that struggle because of the cold but not SECA Comp 2000! The SECA Comp 2000 is my workhorse for a well light trail. I usually ride with the lower level power output in order to get the hours I need for long winter evening rides. I highly recommend the SECA Comp 2000. I match up with the VIS Pro 1000 trail on my helmet for a full versatile lighting application. Together they make a perfect couple. :)

The best light on the market and i ever owned

Im writing this review cuz this light deserves the cred.. on medium power it gives you 2.5+ h at 1000 lumins which blinds anyone in front of it to the point where iv been told thats its too bright by random people in the street and that i shud turn it down so i usually hold my hand over it when im on the sidewalk approaching on coming pedestrians.. on the road i am noticable and demand drivers attention .. time after time ive seen how my light shines thru vehicles and grabs the drivers attention to let me pass before they turn in. On low power thisll last you 4+ h which is longer than i ever prolly wanna ride at night and its low power setting is as bright as other lights marketed as super bright so its defenitely adequate.
